One Fit City – 90 days turns into 9 months
I know with the video blogging I haven’t done any “blog blogs” lately. I have been pushing this 90 day challenge, and must admit it feels amazing to be back into the heat of it. Workouts feel great, the eating is on check, and I just love the feeling of health.
I have thrown it out there to people to start their own 90 day challenges. I have pushed a couple friends, and have told them I will do mine until they are done theirs. So….my 90 days is a bit of a lie. It is more! But I’m ok with that. But, that just means it’s your turn. If you haven’t already started your 90 day challenge, then please do so. Pick something health related in your life, and make an effort to change/accomplish it in 90 days. Mine is lose 15 lbs. A friend want’s to look good for her holiday, another wants to do a full chin-up with his own body weight. It can be anything. Eat breakfast regularly without skipping it if you aren’t a breakfast eater, if you consume too much pop then vow to give it up for 90 days. I told Jordan that I want to try help people get fit and healthy. Even if it’s a bit at a time. The goal, is after 90 days to keep going. Once you do it for 90 you can keep going. Just pick another goal and improve on that. In the end it’s a road to health.
I wanted to show how that happens. I am almost at my 1 year, and I thought I would do a series of split pictures. It is in 3 month increments, and the result is outstanding. I’m doing it to show you that anything is possible. A year ago I was a completely different person. I thought I was healthy, but truly I wasn’t. I’m absolutely amazed at how much you can accomplish in such a short time. I have the utmost of faith that you can do it too. With taking steps towards it, we will achieve it.
I am going to attempt to put the pictures in this blog. Jordan normally does it, and I’m not 100% schooled yet on this stuff. He told me yesterday he’s going to get me to start twitter, and my reply was “I don’t twit” (he laughed), and I continued with “I’m twit enough for tweeter”. Yup what can I say, it’s me!
Thank you again for following my journey, for reading and watching my blogs, and pushing me to push myself. I truly appreciate it!!
Wish you all a wonderful healthy week!

Very inspiring Tammy!!! Thinking of it as individual 90 day challenges makes it seem SO do-able, what a great way to look at it. Congrats on the results of your efforts and hard work!
Thank you Charlotte!! I’m really hoping people feel the same way, and start making small changes in their lives for 90-days at a time. Time seems to fly by, and before you know it you can change your lifestyle. I truly appreciate the comment, it means a lot!
