One Fit City – Move forward, bring a friend, lose weight

Since I started blogging with the Huffington post in addition to this, I have actually started to have people send emails asking questions.  That’s what this was always set up for.  Not only did I want that, but so did Tammy.  She wants her videos to inspire, and create a new mindset in people.  She wants to answer questions from her heart, and get you results. So as I started a series called “What Works For Me”, so is Tammy.

It’s simple.  If you want weight loss you have to make a plan.  Stick to the plan. Set time lines, and always be moving forward and learning.  How do you learn? Turn to someone who is achieving success and ask for advice.  We have found a few things that work, and we can teach you how to use them to their fullest.  Weight training tips, nutrition tips, and just tips on being happy!

If you made a resolution and are no where near on track, STOP, rethink, and get moving forward.  Make a plan, and bring in friends. Don’t go it alone, it’s almost impossible.  Tammy hired me.  If you can’t do that, enlist a friend.

You are doing a wonderful job. I lost about 50 pounds a couple of years ago, kept it off for about 5 years, unfortunately now as I’m getting older etc. most of that has crept back on. You make me want to hit the pool again. Thanks

About Me

My career as a strength coach has been a dream come true. I have worked with MMA Athletes who compete in the UFC, StrikeForce and Bellator in California and Texas.

My dream is to change the fitness of my home town Winnipeg. Everything from first time exercisers to pro athletes. Tune in to my radio show on TSN at 6pm on Wednesday's called the "Weigh In". You will hear stories from the athletes I train athletes in the CFL, NFL, AHL, NHL, NCAA, and my favorite, local high schools.

The key to the training is fun. I have lots of it. Follow along with the blog, comment and interact with me on Twitter. I want to help as much as possible, and put my kinesiology degree to use. The products on the site that I recommend I use, and have clients using with great results.
